This isn't a beginner tutorial on how to write a web-page! If you are a total newb with the world of 'html' take a look at my beginner tutorial to learn more about how to make a web page in your notepad.
This page was written for people who use blank templates that prefer to use their notepad for their writing. My templates don't have all the themes added, the templates with the themes tend to annoy me because I feel that it is not my own work. What's nice about this is you can expand on the templates with your on style and than save them for your future use.
Six Faces of the Color Cube was a site that I originally created for myself so I could look to see if there was a pattern to the numbers on the color cube. Well to my surprise I found out there was a pattern. If you are the type that has to understand things visually, than this site will map out the pattern for you.
Thinking Hexadecimally is such a useful site for calculating color conversions, especially when you are looking for that particular color. Oh and if you are the type of person that likes to learn how colors work mathmatically than go knock yourself out. Personally, I just trust the calculator =)
NCSA's HTML beginner guide and W3C's advanced 'html' are a collected effort of Guidelines for Webmasters to follow on the WWW for today's HTML and yesterday's HTML for all browsers.
JS-Phrase generator is a page for when you are desperate and really need that particular phrase in your writing.
Keyboard Converter is a pretty cool tool for all webmasters to use in thier notepad, this site is similar to your character map.
Both of these sites I have had bookmarked for years I think and I hope they never go down <smiles>
additional images/backgrounds are available for your own personal use if you do not prefer a black background.
btw, I create all of my own images. If you would like more colors or want a straight edge instead of a faded edge you can make the image background yourself, it is only 20 pixels high... You can't really mess up 20 pixels ;D
Your comments are welcome,
just send to dannielle.
My pages are written with my notepad, so they are not filled with a ton of trash but always have open tags or typo's =)
